Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 77ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 77ph website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services available at https://77ph.cam (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 77ph platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of our Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77ph Services and close your account.

77ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 77ph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee for a third party;
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the 77ph Platform or any other online gambling platform under a cooperative exclusion program;
• You are not an officer, director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of 77ph or any of its service providers, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not accessing the Platform while residing in a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions that have enacted specific prohibitions against online gaming;
• All personal information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

77ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card (UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, passport, driver's license), and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified. Winnings accumulated in an ineligible account may be voided and forfeited in full.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 77ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, IP addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 77ph employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts identified will be closed immediately, with any balances and pending withdrawals subject to review and potential forfeiture.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 77ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 77ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any multi-factor authentication options available on the Platform.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism regulations, 77ph will request identity verification from all players prior to processing withdrawal transactions or upon the accumulation of certain deposit or wagering thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 77ph may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Currency

The 77ph Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP. Currency conversion may apply for deposits made via certain international payment methods, and exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the Player.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location, account verification status, and applicable transaction limits. 77ph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. These limits may differ by payment method, account tier, and promotional period. 77ph reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. 77ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. Processing times for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically shorter than bank transfer withdrawals. 77ph shall not be held liable for delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, or events outside of our reasonable control.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on the 77ph Platform are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring. Winnings must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 77ph reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

Bonuses & Promotions

77ph offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotional page.

77ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be claimed by players using automated betting systems, arbitrage strategies, or other methods designed to exploit or circumvent bonus terms. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus privileges revoked and may have their account suspended.

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 77ph Platform utilize certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 77ph or any player. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 77ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a malfunction is confirmed to have affected a game outcome, the affected round may be voided and the wager amount returned to the player's account. 77ph's decision in all such matters shall be final.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection prior to commencing gameplay. 77ph shall not be responsible for incomplete bets, missed wagers, or adverse game outcomes resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

The rules governing each individual game type — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are published within the respective game interface or help section. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable rules before placing wagers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating multiple player accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of fraudulent gaming activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any Platform software or security system;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime;
• Allowing or facilitating underage individuals to access or use your account;
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward customer support staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

Responsible Gaming

77ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that, for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to players seriously.

Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and wagering limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to take a break from gambling for a defined period or permanently. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours and will remain in effect for the duration specified by the player.

77ph strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement and will permanently close any account where underage gambling is identified. We will not reinstate such accounts under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 77ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of 77ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 77ph name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 77ph.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 77ph.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ph, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if 77ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 77ph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77ph account in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. 77ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform.

Suspension & Termination

77ph reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete KYC verification, abusive behavior, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any funds held in your account shall be subject to review. Where the account closure results from confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of prohibited conduct provisions, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where the account closure results from voluntary closure requested by the player or administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable review period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to any bonuses, promotional credits, or cashback accrued but not yet credited at the time of closure.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and regulatory bodies as determined by the applicable online gaming regulatory framework under which 77ph operates.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 77ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in any jurisdiction to prevent or stop unauthorized use of the Platform or infringement of 77ph's intellectual property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from the Terms, which shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
